Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into solution design.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes within technology platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles and business transformation methodologies.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and contribute to problem-solving.

Additional Information:
