Role Overview

As a Team Member at Burger Farm, you are the face of the brand and the engine behind store operations. This entry-to-mid-level role combines customer service, order fulfillment, kitchen assembly, and store maintenance to ensure fast, high-quality, and friendly service in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) workplace.

Key Responsibilities1. Front-of-House & Customer Service

- Order Management: Take customer orders at the counter or drive-thru using the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, upsell combos or promotional items, and handle payments (cash, card, UPI).
- Order Dispatch: Package food and beverage orders correctly, verifying order accuracy before hand-off.

2. Kitchen & Food Preparation

- Food Assembly: Prepare burgers, sides (fries, wraps, nuggets), beverages, and desserts following standard recipe guidelines and quality controls.
- Station Management: Operate kitchen equipment (fryers, grills, beverage dispensers) safely and maintain steady output during peak hours.
- Inventory Handling: Monitor ingredient levels at prep stations and restock items from the store room as needed.

3. Store Cleanliness & Safety

- Hygiene Compliance:



Maintain strict personal hygiene standards (hairnets, gloves, uniform cleanliness) and adhere to FSSAI/food safety guidelines.
- Sanitation: Regularly clean dining areas, tables, kitchen stations, utensils, and restrooms to keep the store presentable and safe.
- Waste Management: Dispose of trash properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rules to minimize food waste.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma (10th or 12th pass) or equivalent.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Language: Basic communication skills in local languages (Hindi/English preferred for customer-facing tasks).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
