Chance with for Veranda Learning Solutions (VLS), our holding company of the group for the role of Manager HR, a comprehensive HR role across

1. HR Ops (across emp lifecycle), payroll, compliances of VLS, which has around 40-50 emp (holding company thus lean workforce)

2. HR coordination with subsidiary HR spocs, for quarterly and monthly data points etc

3. Supporting PMS, goal setting etc. in talent and performance management

4. Recruitment (very occasional, when a vacancy comes up) and new joiner onboarding, induction

5. Training support: supporting HRIS driven compliance trainings on a quarterly, half yearly basis

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 Saturdays and All Sundays off).

Experience : 5 - 7

Notice Period : Immediate or 15days

Salary : Upto 10LPA
