We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience in statutory compliances, and prior experience in e-commerce payment reconciliation, which is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Manage accounting entries and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within timelines.
- Handle TDS calculations, filings, and related compliances.
- Perform e-commerce payment reconciliations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Reconcile payment settlements, deductions, commissions, returns, and claims from various marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for statutory compliance.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.




- Prior experience in e-commerce payment reconciliation is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping practices.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with D2C brands, marketplaces, or e-commerce companies.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced business environment.
