Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
- Creating and Maintaining Budget reports.
- Recording Project wise Income and Expense inQuickBooks.
- Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
- All such accounting works that come under this field.
- Providing Financial Reports (P&L; A/C,Balance Sheet & Cash Forecast sheet etc.) to higher management when ever required.
- Recording Project wise Income and Expense in QuickBooks.
- Accounting Audit and Tax Filing.
- Running Payroll for Employees
- Time Sheets maintenance in QBooks
- Maintaining Project Costing sheets in excel.
Requirements:
- B.Com + M.Com/MBA.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quick booksaccounting Software US accounting & Project Cost Accounting in Qbooks.
