Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage
- Handle site measurements and assist in quantity estimation
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site
- Resolve basic site issues and report to senior engineers/project manager
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in civil construction projects
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site practices
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ
- Ability to handle manpower and site coordination
- Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred but not mandatory)
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹390,000.00 per year
