What are we looking for?
To lead and drive the New Branch Stabilization Program across PAN India, ensuring newly opened branches achieve targeted productivity, optimal manpower utilization, and business sustainability within defined timelines.
What does the job entail?
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Branch Stabilization Strategy
Design and implement a structured stabilization framework for all new branches across regions
Define time-bound milestones (0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–12 months) for branch performance
Establish standard operating models (SOPs) for branch readiness and ramp-up
2. Program Governance & Execution
Lead the end-to-end New Branch Program across PAN India
Monitor stabilization progress through defined KPIs (manning, productivity, persistency, cost ratios, etc.)
Conduct monthly/quarterly governance reviews with regional teams and senior leadership
Identify risks and drive timely interventions for underperforming branches
3. Manpower Planning & Productivity
Ensure optimal staffing and role clarity for new branches in line witss improvements
6. Performance Review & Continuous Improvement
Conduct regular branch performance reviews and identify gaps vs. benchmarks
Institutionalize best practices and success models across regions
Recommend process improvements and policy interventions for faster stabilization
7. Stakeholder Management
Engage with Zonal/Regional Heads, Business Leaders, and HR Heads for execution alignment
Present insights and updates to senior leadership and HO forums
Ensure robust governance, accountability, and communication cadence
Work Experience
10–15 years of relevant experience in branch operations, sales strategy, distribution, or HRBP roles
Proven experience in handling multi-location operations or large-scale program management
Strong exposure to insurance/banking/financial services industry preferred
