Role Overview

We are looking for a Hospital Implementation Support Engineer with hospital-domain experience to implement and support our HMIS software at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Train hospital staff and demonstrate the software on tablets and computers.
- Provide in office implementation support and resolve product-related queries.
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, hardware, computer, tablet, and Android device issues.
- Identify software bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolution and expected timelines.
- Understand hospital workflows and recommend suitable software features.
- Maintain implementation updates and ensure timely customer support.

Eligibility and Skills

- Graduate or diploma holder with experience in hospitals, HMIS, or healthcare software.
- Basic knowledge of computers, tablets, Android devices,



hardware, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Good communication, training, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at hospital locations.
- A bike/scooter and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
