Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, lead the sales team, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, generating revenue, building strategic partnerships, and achieving admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities through B2B and B2C channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into admissions and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present business updates to management.




- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the admission and sales process.
- Travel within the assigned territory to develop new business and strengthen client relationships.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2 TO 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or the EdTech/Education industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
