About the Internship

Nebuloid Tech Studio is looking for a creative, highly motivated, and AI-savvy Video Editor Intern who wants to build a career in content creation and digital media.

This is not a basic video editing internship. We're looking for someone who understands modern content creation, can leverage the latest AI-powered editing tools, and can transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content that performs well across social media platforms.

You'll work on real client projects, collaborate with our marketing and creative teams, and gain hands-on experience creating content for startups, brands, and Nebuloid's own digital presence.

Outstanding performers will be considered for a paid full-time or contractual role after successfully completing the internship.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a strong understanding of short-form content editing for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Knows how to create compelling hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Understands audience retention, pacing, storytelling, and engagement optimization.
- Can create cinematic, clean, and professional edits—not just basic cuts.
- Is passionate about keeping up with social media trends and viral editing styles.
- Can think creatively and independently while taking ownership of assigned work.
- Is willing to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.

AI Skills (Highly Preferred)

We expect candidates to be comfortable using modern AI tools to improve both speed and quality of editing.

Experience with tools such as:

- Adobe Premiere Pro (AI Features)
- Adobe After Effects
- CapCut AI
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Firefly
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Pika
- Veo
- ElevenLabs
- ChatGPT
- Any other AI-powered video editing or content creation tools





Candidates who understand how to integrate AI into professional editing workflows will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Transform raw footage into high-quality, scroll-stopping content.
- Create attention-grabbing hooks that maximize audience retention.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, quality, and workflow efficiency.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.
- Research current editing trends, viral formats, and content styles.
- Collaborate with the content creators and social media team during ideation and execution.
- Maintain consistency with Nebuloid Tech Studio's visual identity and content standards.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Preferred Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent professional editing software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic visual effects.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition.
- Experience editing content for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video production workflows.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Eligibility

- Recent graduates or final-year students are preferred.
- Available to dedicate full-time throughout the 3-month internship.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days Work From Office and 2 days Work From Home) from our Dehradun office.
