Profile -

We are inviting applications for multiple US IT Recruiters. The person should have at least 1-2 years of “Technology Recruitment” experience into the US IT domain. Experience into Non IT recruitment would be an added advantage

Must Haves –

1. Clear understanding of W2 & C2C hiring.

2. Good vendor database for faster C2C sourcing.

3. Ability to research & understand new technologies.

4. Valuable communication & negotiation skills.

5. Should have used ATS in the past.
