Business Development Executive – Outreach

Location: Mohali
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Premium, and email outreach.
- Identify and connect with potential clients across target industries.
- Create and execute email marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in CRM/tools.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/LinkedIn Premium.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and cold outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
