ERP Functional Support Executive

Real Ispat & Energy Pvt. Ltd. – GK TMT is looking for a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented ERP professional to join our team at the Bhatapara Plant, Chhattisgarh.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP or Enterprise System Support and be capable of handling business process, system support, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Job Details

Position: ERP Functional Support Executive
Location: Bhatapara Plant, Chhattisgarh
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise
Experience: 2–5 Years
Age: 25–35 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for ERP modules including Sales, Purchase, and HRMS.
- Analyze user issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Understand business processes and support system configuration.
- Coordinate with development teams and vendors for system enhancements.
- Handle integration-related issues and maintain data consistency.
- Optimize workflows and support system performance improvement.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and FAQs.




- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth ERP operations.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, and HR business processes.
- Knowledge of HTML, APIs, and Web Applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle D2K, including Forms and Reports.
- Knowledge of Linux KUbuntu OS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
