We are looking for a Technical Head - CBG to lead the design, engineering, and execution of Compressed Biogas projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical design & engineering of CBG plants: feedstock handling, digesters, purification, compressionEnsure compliance with MNRE, PNGRB, PESO, and GOBARdhan scheme standards

Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, DPR, and technical due diligenceManage project execution, commissioning, and O&M; for on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinate with procurement for equipment selection: digesters, compressors, gas analyzersDrive technical troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and yield optimizationLiaise with clients, EPC partners, government bodies,



and consultants for approvalsLead and mentor engineering and site teams

Requirements

B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Energy/Environmental Engineering. M.Tech preferred

10–15 years in Renewable Energy with 5+ years in CBG/Biogas plant design & execution

Solid knowledge of anaerobic digestion, gas purification, and grid injection

Experience with EPC delivery, HSE, and regulatory approvalsLeadership skills to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teamsWilling to travel to project sites across India

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
