Job Summary
Looking for a Post Sales professional to manage end-to-end customer post-sales process including booking, registration, billing, MIS reporting, and recovery. The role requires robust Excel skills, coordination abilities, and real estate process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete post-sales process: Booking to Handover
Handle registration, billing, and documentation
Maintain MIS reports and AOP tracking
Ensure strong recovery and follow-ups with clients
Coordinate with CRM, developer, and internal teams
Manage customer communication and issue resolution
Support handover / client engagement activities

Requirements
Graduate (Mandatory)
3–5 years experience in post-sales / real estate / CRM
Own vehicle required
Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
Excellent Excel skills (MIS, Pivot, VLOOKUP)
Strong coordination & communication skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
