About the Role

Natural Herbs & Formulation Pvt. Ltd. is planning to establish its Human Pharma Division as part of its strategic business expansion. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and business-oriented skilled who can take complete ownership of developing this vertical from the ground up.

The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the division, developing business strategies, building a competent sales force, creating a strong distribution network, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the overall profitability of the Human Pharma business.

This role requires a leader with a strong understanding of the Human Pharmaceutical market and the ability to independently build, manage, and scale a successful business division.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Division Development

- Develop and execute the business roadmap for the Human Pharma Division.
- Prepare short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the company's vision.
- Establish the division by defining sales strategies, operational processes, and growth plans.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and therapeutic categories.
- Recommend product portfolio expansion based on market demand and competitive analysis.

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets and expanding existing business.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, stockists, institutional buyers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Explore new business partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.





Distribution & Channel Management

- Develop and strengthen the distributor, stockist, and dealer network across assigned regions.
- Appoint and manage channel partners to ensure effective product availability.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure healthy business relationships.
- Ensure efficient supply chain coordination with internal departments.

Team Building & Leadership

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Product Planning & Market Intelligence

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Support product development and launch strategies in coordination with management.
- Gather market feedback to improve business performance and product offerings.

Operational & Financial Management

- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue projections.
- Monitor profitability, operating costs, and overall business performance.
- Review MIS reports and present business updates to senior management.
- Ensure effective resource utilization and cost optimization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure timely product availability and smooth operational execution.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities.

Educational Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) or any relevant qualification.
- MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management will be an added advantage.
