- Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
- Support the Sales Manager in managing existing customer accounts.
- Conduct customer follow-ups through calls, emails, and visits.
- Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of offers and order execution.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Support order tracking, payment follow-up, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Learn company products, manufacturing processes, and sales procedures.
