Job Title: Maintenance Executive

Location: Trivandrum

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Executive to support our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repair work.

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and welding works.

Attend to preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Support the maintenance team in day-to-day operations.

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

Experience in electrical, plumbing, welding, and general maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in hospitals, hotels, or commercial buildings is preferred.
