Job Title: Internal Sales Manager – Valve Industry

Job Summary

Responsible for handling internal sales activities, preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating with customers, and managing tender submissions for industrial valves. The role requires solid coordination with the sales, engineering, production, and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations for industrial valves.
- Review RFQs, customer specifications, and tender documents.
- Handle online and offline tender submissions through customer and e-procurement portals.
- Coordinate with engineering, costing, production, and purchase teams for quotation preparation.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.
- Prepare cost sheets, compliance statements, and commercial offers.
- Process sales orders and coordinate order execution.




- Maintain quotation, tender, and customer records in ERP/CRM.
- Support the field sales team with technical and commercial documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with customer requirements.

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Good knowledge of industrial valves (Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly, Control Valves, etc.).
- Experience in techno-commercial quotations and tender documentation.
- Familiarity with Government, PSU, EPC, and private sector tenders.
- Knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tender platforms is preferred.
- Ability to interpret valve datasheets, specifications, and GA drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, ERP, and email communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
