Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects within the assigned region.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
Coordinate with sales, customers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Oversee project documentation, asset maintenance, and issue resolution.
Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Duct Technicians.
Requirements
10+ years of project execution experience.
HVAC industry experience preferred.
Experience handling industrial projects.
Solid leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
BE/B.Tech/Diploma (PG not mandatory
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
