Moolchand Mill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works. The candidate will work closely with vendors, the accounts team, and the Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational activities.

* Review and coordinate quotations for approval.

* Prepare and send Purchase Orders (POs) to vendors.

* Coordinate with vendors regarding order confirmations and deliveries.

* Process and coordinate vendor bill payments.

* Submit bills and required documents to the Accounts Department.

* Follow up with vendors, internal departments, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and payment status.

* Support MEP-related operational coordination and documentation.





* Ensure proper communication between operations, accounts, and vendors.

* Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.

* Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred).

* Diploma or certification related to MEP or Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Retail Operations, or a similar role.

* Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong learning ability may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
