Kherki EServices Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing player in the Solar Energy sector, based near IT Park, Chandigarh. We are expanding our core management team and looking for a agile, result-oriented General Manager (Operations) who can act as the 'Second-in-Command' to the promoter and run the daily business operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day internal operations, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Inventory, and Back-end departments.

System & Software Handling: Manage and drive usage of Zoho One (CRM) and Tally across the team to maintain transparency and data accuracy.

Accounts & Finance Oversight: Handle basic day-to-day accounting entries, payment tracking, invoicing, and coordination with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA).

Team Leadership: Lead the office and administrative staff, monitor daily performance, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Process Improvement:



Identify bottlenecks in business processes and implement structured solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or Business Head, preferably in the Solar (EPC), Manufacturing, or Service sector.

Skills: Hands-on experience in Tally and any ERP/CRM tool (Zoho preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education: Graduation / MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or related fields.
