Job Title: Asst. Manager/Manager - Finance Controller

Role Purpose Act as the financial gatekeeper by ensuring all expenditures are controlled, within approved budgets, and aligned with business priorities, while overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and overall financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the annual budgeting process and track actuals vs. budget across departments

 Enforce budget discipline and ensure all spends are within approved limits or escalated

 Define and manage approval matrix (DOA) and ensure adherence across the organization  Review and control vendor payments, purchase requests, and key financial commitments  Conduct variance analysis and proactively highlight overspend, risks, and savings opportunities

 Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall cost efficiency

 Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely monthly/quarterly close  Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports for management





 Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management

 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audits

 Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness

 Partner with business teams to align financial discipline with operational needs

Key Requirements

 CA Qualified (preferred) with 5+ years OR CA Inter with 10+ years

 Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial governance

 Solid understanding of accounting, reporting, and compliance

 Experience in variance analysis and financial planning

 Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to enforce controls and effectively challenge stakeholders

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
