Job Responsibilities :

Handle customer complaints/queries related to installed solar systems (on-call, on-site, or via CRM)

· Coordinate with technicians for site visits, repairs, and preventive maintenance as per SOP

· Track warranty claims (panels, inverters, batteries) and liaise with OEMs/vendors

· Maintain service logs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records, and spare parts inventory

· Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue closure and customer satisfaction

· Educate customers on system performance monitoring (app/portal usage)

· Escalate unresolved/recurring issues to technical/engineering team
