We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer (Civil) with 4–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality construction, coordinating with contractors, and supporting timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Verify work progress and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
- Check line, level, dimensions, and workmanship at the site.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, and billing measurements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Identify and report site issues to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within project schedules.
