Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

- Making inbound and outbound calls and mail communication with customers.
- Maintaining Lead Database records of the Clients & Prospects, department wise data.
- Maintain Periodic Status Reports, Activities Reports, Calls Done, and Follow-up Reports.
- Recording Client’s Feedback whenever required. (As Per Company).
- Supporting other office staff with organizational tasks.
- Sorting and distributing information timely.

Skills Required

- Computer Literate: Excellent command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good Typing Speed.
- Valuable Communication Skills (English & Hindi ).
- Adaptable to changes.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Record-Keeping Skills.
