Job Description:

A hands-on role encompassing the full marketing mix where you will be given the autonomy to run campaigns with a strong emphasis on marketing to segmented audiences using on and offline channels.

To drive end-to-end marketing campaigns and work closely with the sales force to continue the growth of the organization.

Job Roles:

- Developing Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Implementing Marketing Plans
- Maintaining client relations

- Understand contemporary marketing techniques to create strategies that align with current trends

Job Responsibilities

- Sales Collateral: Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the team – brochures, presentations, case studies and pitch decks.
- Campaign Management: Manage a variety of end- to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. Planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
- Content Marketing: Write long form blogs that are optimized for SEO and our target keywords.
- Website: use the CMS to update the website with content, ensure its optimized for SEO and track its performance in Google Analytics.
- Social: post and re-purpose content across our social channels.

create and send out our monthly newsletter.
- CRM: segmenting data for campaigns.
- Analysis/ROI: Pull together data and track the marketing spend.
- To monitor A&P; (advertising & Promotional) budget and expenditure within the approved budget.
- To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
- Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.
- To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
- Conducting market research on rival services
- Maintaining client relations.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
