Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Team Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and executing end-to-end SEO strategies within an agency setting. This role combines strategic ownership, execution excellence, and team leadership responsibility.

The ideal candidate will drive measurable organic growth for client businesses while leading a team of SEO professionals, building scalable SEO processes, and contributing directly to business outcomes such as qualified lead generation, organic visibility, and revenue growth.

This role involves owning SEO strategy, mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure SEO is integrated across all stages of marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO Analysts by reviewing deliverables, setting priorities, establishing accountability, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Individually contribute to a few key SEO projects while leading the team and overseeing execution quality across projects handled by your team of analysts.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic discussions confidently while presenting actionable insights and growth recommendations.
- Build scalable SEO processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve execution efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Leverage AI tools for content optimization,



keyword clustering, automation, and implement practical GEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven and conversational sear ch environments.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to sustain and improve rankings and organic performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across execution stages.

Qualifications:

- Proven hands-on SEO experience of 4+ years (agency experience preferred), with experience leading/ mentoring a team.
- Ability to build structured processes and drive team accountability.
- Confidence in leading client conversations, performance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Proficiency in tools Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs /SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical, Local SEO and YouTube SEO
- Experience in GEO and AEO best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-first mindset.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
