Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural concepts, design development, and detailed drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and vendors
- Develop working drawings, presentation drawings, and construction details
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required
- Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Assist in project planning, material selection, and design coordination
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution
- Maintain project documentation and timelines

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Revit, and MS Office
- Good design sense and technical knowledge
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
