Site Engineer (Residential+Interior)

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Supervise daily interior tasks like false ceilings, tiling, painting, and woodwork according to approved drawings.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and execute plans from GFC (Positive for Construction) and interior working drawings.
- Contractor Coordination: Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors on site.
- Quality & Material Control: Check incoming materials and ensure high workmanship standards to avoid rework.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logs, monitor timelines, and report site updates to project manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in residential interior fit-out or finishing works.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw materials (plywood, laminates, stone, glass) and basic MEP services.
- Software: Basic AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel for tracking).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving on site and clear communication with clients and workers

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
