Junior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and assisting customers throughout the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and follow up with customer inquiries and leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers.
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer data and sales records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills





- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp communication.
- Solid customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers as well as candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience are welcome.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Real Estate sales.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
