Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities, strengthen online presence, generate leads, and drive patient engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with hospital business objectives.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, SEO, and other digital campaigns.
- Plan and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate and optimize patient/business leads through digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPL, ROI, and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Manage the hospital's online presence, including Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with creative/content teams for banners, videos, reels, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Plan digital campaigns for health camps, specialities, doctors, services, health awareness programs, and hospital promotions.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new digital growth opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors for marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Google Analytics, Content Strategy, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Canva/Creative Tools, MIS & Reporting.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in healthcare/hospital/diagnostic industry will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
