Role Overview:You will be a full time, on-site Hospital Operations Manager for GBR Fertility Centre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the clinical operations of the centre, generating new business leads to increase patient footfall, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Building and nurturing relationships to drive company growth will be a key aspect of this role.Key Responsibilities:- Manage clinical operations of the fertility centre- Generate new business leads and increase patient footfall- Ensure exceptional service delivery to achieve 100% patient satisfaction- Build and nurture relationships to drive company growth- Implement lead generation strategies and conversion techniques- Oversee statutory licenses and reporting- Maintain clinical services fulfillment at a high standard- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goalsQualifications Required:- Proven skills in hospital clinical operations management- Experience in new business development and lead generation strategies- Previous experience in a similar role in a medium-sized hospital or managing a department in a large corporate hospital- Candidates with Fertility Centre experience will be preferred- MBBS / BDS / Graduates with PG in Hospital Management with at least 5 years of experience- Strong people management and communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to travel as needed Role Overview:You will be a full-time,
