In this role, you will:- Oversee a team and manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to separation.- Ensure smooth and efficient HR processes while driving HRMS automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.- Define operational targets and goals for the HR department in line with the companys overall business strategy.- Supervise day-to-day activities, measure performance, and build operational excellence.- Set objectives, track progress, and address employee queries.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve HR-related issues and provide effective solutions.- Work closely with the Human Capital Technology team and senior stakeholders in the Talent Management team to ensure alignment with the wider group strategy.The ideal candidate should have:- A Graduate/Masters degree with 79 years of relevant experience in HR operations, including at least 4 years of people management experience.- Robust organizational skills with keen attention to detail and focus on delivery.- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Proven expertise in workflow management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.- Robust knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Prior experience with Workday (an added advantage).
