JOB DESCRIPTION :Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1, L2 and L3 levels and Managing backup and recovery.Knowledge of MS Outlook 2003/07/13.Configuring and troubleshooting of printer, scanner and LAN related issues reported by users.Handle issues regarding Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshooting.Remotely resolving mail configurations through net meeting, remote desktop sharing.Troubleshooting PC Hardware / Printers.ability to work and resolve hardware problems Desktop Support Engineer experienceAble to install applications, troubleshoot the issues, taking backups of the data and upgrades to the system.Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.Required Desktop Engineer with basic networking knowledge, communication, reporting skills.Monitor, track and organize open tickets as they come in according to priority and forward to appropriate team member for handling.
