Your strong background in logistics management, supply chain optimization, and team leadership will be essential in driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve overall customer satisfaction. Your hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all day-to-day logistics operations within the Mysuru fulfillment center, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.- Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.- Implement and enforce efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and throughput.- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs related to labor, materials, and shipping.- Implement and maintain effective safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations.- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software to track inventory, manage orders, and analyze performance metrics.- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and meet customer demand.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors,
