Meta Ads Executive Experience
2-4 years Role Summary
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Meta Ads person who can research different industries, understand customer pain points, find winning ad ideas, and support Meta campaign execution. This person will work under our senior performance marketer and help create better ad angles, hooks, copy, and creative briefs for Facebook and Instagram ads. Key Responsibilities Research different business types, competitors, audiences, offers, and ad trends. Find creative ad ideas that can work on Meta for lead generation, ecommerce, and service businesses. Write ad hooks, primary text, headlines, and simple CTA options. Create creative briefs for designers and video editors. Review competitor ads using Meta Ad Library and other research tools. Suggest UGC-style, testimonial, problem-solution, offer-based, and retargeting creatives. Support A/B testing of creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers. Monitor ad performance and identify which creative angles are working. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and the senior ads manager.



Communicate clearly with the internal team and occasionally explain creative ideas to clients. Managing Meta ads campaigns for clients effectivly. Required Skills 2-4 years experience with Meta Ads, paid social, social media marketing, or creative strategy. Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad creatives and Ads platforms. Ability to research industries and come up with practical ad ideas. Good copywriting ability for short-form ad copy. Understanding of hooks, offers, pain points, benefits, and CTAs. Ability to brief designers clearly. Good spoken and written English. Organized, curious, and comfortable working across different industries. Experience with Meta Ad Library, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools. Deep understanding of Meta campaign performance metrics like CTR, CPL, CPA, CPM, and ROAS and how to improve them. Valuable To Have Experience with Australian, UK, or US clients. Experience with UGC-style ad concepts and short video script
