Responsibilities:

- Manage US clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Handle engineering and technical staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely, quality submissions.
- Track interviews, offers, onboarding, and placements.
- Negotiate rates and ensure SLA and compliance adherence.
- Monitor account performance and identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience in US recruitment and account management.
- Experience working with service-oriented clients.
- Valuable understanding of engineering and technical roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
