Purpose of the role -

To drive growth and strategic expansion through pipeline management, supporting techno-commercials cross-functional initiatives and Business Development in key markets. The role ensures alignment of scientific and market insights with operational execution to optimize revenue and maximize long-term value across global markets.

Key Responsibilities -

Portfolio Management

- Spearheading pipeline strategy and introducing products to the in-house pipeline via ROI & feasibility checks.
- Scouting of unmet needs and conversion to business structure.
- Identification of recent therapies, dosage forms & spaces to enter with break-even estimations. Engage in therapeutic area deep dives to recommend molecules based on scientific merit and market dynamics.
- Liaise with regulatory and R&D; teams to ensure feasibility of selected portfolio assets and monitoring development projects.




- Revenue optimisation projects for maximising spread in countries for existing products.
- Acquisition valuations
- Strategy creation with key stakeholders for DTM markets.
- Others - Long Range Projection maintenance Techno-commercial evaluations (such as Capex requirements, Exhibit Batch size decisions)

Requisite for the role -

- 12-15 years of work experience. MBA/MSC is preferred or any other higher qualifications.
- Creative problem solving and Analytical mindset.
- Stakeholder management
- Ideation of growth opportunities (generic and for unmet needs) to build pipelines
- Complex deal management
- Proficient in Excel
- Soft skills required – communication, analytical thinking, inference drawing, conflict resolutions.
