About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management professional to join us in an architect-level capacity. This is a part-time, requirements-focused engagement — ideal for a seasoned consultant who wants flexible hours while contributing high-level expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders for Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations and solution designs
- Provide architectural guidance and design recommendations across time tracking and absence management workstreams
- Support and guide the implementation team as needed, offering direction on complex configuration or design decisions




- Ensure alignment between client needs and Workday best practices throughout the engagement

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management
- Proven experience in client-facing requirements gathering and solution architecture
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to a delivery team without full-time involvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Availability for 4 hours daily (3 PM – 8 PM)
- Ready to start on short notice (target: next week)
