Are you a seasoned Life Insurance Agency Sales Leader ready to take the next step in your career?

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Regional Manager to lead regional agency operations, drive business growth, and mentor high-performing sales teams.

Location: Srinagar (J&K;)

Preference: We are looking for local candidates currently based in Jammu & Kashmir only.

What you'll do:

✅ Drive regional agency sales and achieve business targets

✅ Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and sales teams

✅ Recruit and build high-performing agency teams

✅ Improve business quality, policy renewals, and customer experience

✅ Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies

Requirements:

✔️ 15+ years of experience in the Life Insurance industry

✔️ Minimum 9+ years in a leadership/people management role

✔️ Solid experience in the Agency Channel

✔️ Graduate (MBA preferred)

✔️ Excellent leadership, business development, and team management skills
