Founded in 2022, by Rahul Ghosh, a PR and Influencer Marketing specialist, Social Current is a new age digital solution provider that comes with a rich expertise in the vast world of social and digital media, right from strategizing to offering consultancy and executing digital campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires a balanced focus on creator relationship management and end-to-end influencer campaign execution, ensuring seamless coordination between creators, internal teams, and brand objectives.

Talent Management

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned creators, ensuring timely coordination and content delivery.
- Oversee creator calendars, content schedules, and overall relationship management.
- Conduct channel/page research and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities for assigned creators.
- Brainstorm and recommend creative content ideas and strategic initiatives to enhance creator engagement and performance.





Influencer Marketing

- Execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaign milestones.
- Coordinate with creators (exclusive and non-exclusive) and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure campaigns are executed as per brand requirements.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, analyze outcomes, and meet all reporting deadlines.
- Maintain internal trackers, documentation, and campaign updates to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Suite (excel, docs, ppt, etc) and basic editing softwares such as canvas
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge about social media platforms
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
