Role: Procurement & Vendor Sourcing Executive

Location: Noida (on-site)

Experience: 1-3 years in purchase/procurement/vendor sourcing (D2C, toys, FMCG, or import/trading background preferred)

Salary: 18,000–22,000/month

About the Role

WishLuck is looking for a hands-on Procurement Executive to own end-to-end vendor management for existing products and sourcing of new products — from price negotiation to on-time purchase order execution. This is an execution-first role: you'll be the person ensuring stock never runs out because of a vendor delay, and every rupee spent on sourcing is the best rate we could get.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Management (Existing Products)

* Maintain and manage the vendor list for all current SKUs across all the brands.

* Track vendor performance: delivery timelines, quality consistency, rate history

* Ensure repeat purchase orders go out on time — zero stockouts due to late PO placement

* Build backup/alternate vendors for every critical SKU so we're never dependent on a single source

2. Price Negotiation

* Negotiate best possible rates on every purchase — bulk pricing, payment terms, freight terms

* Track rate trends per product/vendor to identify when a vendor is overcharging vs. market

* Renegotiate rates periodically (quarterly) as order volumes scale

* Get comparative quotes from 2-3 vendors before finalizing any new/large order

3. Current Product Sourcing

* Check product availability,



MOQ, sample cost, and lead time quickly (same-day/next-day turnaround on availability checks)

* Source and coordinate product samples before bulk order confirmation

* Maintain a running tracker of potential new products with vendor contact, pricing, MOQ, and status

4. Purchase Order & Timeline Ownership

* Raise POs, track order status end-to-end (confirmation → production → dispatch → delivery)

* Proactively flag any delay risk 5-7 days in advance — not after the stock has run out

* Coordinate with warehouse/inventory team (Pintu/Sunny) on incoming stock timing

5. Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain a master purchase tracker (vendor, product, rate, MOQ, lead time, last order date, next reorder trigger point)

* Weekly report to founder: pending POs, vendor issues, new sourcing leads, rate changes

What We're NOT Looking For

* This is not a strategic/senior sourcing head role — day-to-day execution and follow-through matter more than high-level negotiation theory

Ideal Candidate

* Comfortable talking to vendors/suppliers directly (calls, WhatsApp, email) to negotiate and follow up

* Detail-oriented — won't let a PO or vendor follow-up slip through the cracks

* Some exposure to import/China sourcing, Alibaba/1688, or toy/FMCG trading is a strong plus

* Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets comfort for tracking
