Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
- Create a positive and child-friendly classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate academic records.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Integrate storytelling, rhymes, role plays, activities,
and educational games into lessons.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students academic progress and development.
- Participate in school assemblies, events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to school initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or recognised school is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply.
