Qualifications:
- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 1-3 years of experience or
- B.Arch with 1-5 years of experience in Landscape Design.
- Excellent Design Skill
- Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
- Software skill: AutoCAD, Sketch up, D5 etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design ability with understanding of landscape spaces and planting.
- Design and coordinate with clients,
ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
- Take projects from concept to GFC and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors; present design intent confidently
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a team-oriented and innovative environment.
Work Details:

- Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
