Description

ASIN Productivity is a RBS's WW mechanism to maximize the business value of every ASIN by identifying, prioritizing, and eliminating defects across the product lifecycle. The Principal Program Manager will own the end-to-end program strategy to transform ASIN Productivity from an analytics framework into a company-wide execution engine. This leader will influence multiple VP organizations, align long-term investments, establish operating mechanisms, and drive adoption across partner teams without direct authority.

Key job responsibilities

- Program Strategy
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for ASIN Productivity across Selection, Buyability, Speed, Pricing, and future lifecycle stages.
- Drive yearly OP planning, 3YP planning, and investment narratives.
- Identify the highest ROI opportunities across worldwide stores.
- Cross-Organization Leadership
- Influence multiple VP organizations to adopt ASIN Productivity as a standard planning and execution mechanism.
- Align priorities across Retail, Tech, Science, Finance, Category, and Operations teams.
- Resolve competing priorities and establish transparent ownership models.
- Operating Mechanisms

Build and run WBR, MBR, and QBR mechanisms.

Define success metrics, business reviews, and executive scorecards.

- Program Execution
- Translate business opportunities into scalable programs.
- Prioritize partner investments based on customer and business impact.
- Remove execution bottlenecks across organizations.
- Product Lifecycle Governance
- Own the governance across the entire ASIN lifecycle:



Detect defects --> Prioritize fixes --> Route ownership --> Track execution --> Validate resolution --> Measure business outcomes.
- Scaling Adoption

Expand ASIN Productivity beyond current pilot cohorts.

Drive partner pull instead of central push through reusable frameworks and governance.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
