We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Tester with strong expertise in testing Workday Financial Management modules, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Experience: 5 years

Location: PAN India

Notice period: Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of Workday Finance business processes.
- Test Accounts Payable (AP) processes including supplier invoices, invoice matching, approvals, payments, and supplier transactions.
- Test Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including customer invoices, receipts, adjustments, collections, and settlements.
- Validate Workday Finance configurations against business and functional requirements.
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Validate finance data and transactions across Workday and integrated systems.
- Test Workday integrations with third-party financial systems and applications.
- Perform data validation using reports, extracts, and reconciliation techniques.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through closure.
- Work closely with Finance, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Integration teams.




- Support production validation and post-deployment testing when required.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Finance Testing.
- Good understanding of Workday Financial Management.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Solid understanding of finance business processes and accounting concepts.
- Experience with Workday reports, business processes, and integrations.
- Good experience in test case creation, execution, defect management, and test documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
