Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Jasfo Design's presence in the architecture and interior design market. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with the design and project teams to align client needs with service offerings. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts,



and ensure smooth handover of projects to internal teams for execution. The role also involves representing the company at industry events, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder communication, preferably in architecture, interiors, or related design industries.
- Ability to understand design and project requirements and translate them into clear commercial proposals.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Mumbai and familiarity with commercial, office, industrial, or care center projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
