About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the organization's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations while supporting business growth and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all functions.

● Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

● Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and employee exit processes.

● Oversee attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.

● Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.

● Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs.

● Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

● Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

● Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance/payroll team.

● Maintain HRIS, employee databases, and HR reports.

● Partner with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.





● Monitor recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and HR analytics.

● Conduct training and development programs based on business needs.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualification

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

● MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization is preferred.

Experience

● 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

● Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

● Experience in construction, interior design, manufacturing, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
