About This Role

We're looking for an experienced BIS specialist to lead ISI Mark and CRS certification projects for our international clients. You'll manage end-to-end BIS applications, coordinate with labs and BIS officers, and mentor junior team members.

This is a senior role with direct client interaction. You'll own 8-12 concurrent projects and be responsible for maintaining our 98% first-time approval rate across your portfolio.

What you'll do

Lead ISI Mark and CRS certification projects from application to grant

Prepare and review all documentation for BIS portal submissions

Coordinate product testing with BIS-recognized laboratories

Manage factory inspections — preparing client teams and quality systems

Liaise with BIS officers and handle queries during the review process

Track regulatory changes (new QCOs, policy updates) affecting client products

Mentor 2-3 junior specialists on your team

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in BIS certification (ISI Mark or CRS)

Strong understanding of QCOs and Indian Standards

Experience managing multiple concurrent certification projects

Excellent documentation skills — attention to detail is non-negotiable

Clear communication — you'll work directly with international clients





Self-driven — you own your projects end-to-end
